ATRI Survey Seeks Carriers’ Input on CSA Program

The American Transportation Research Institute said Tuesday it has launched a survey to identify the impacts of the federal Compliance, Safety, Accountability program.

The survey is also aimed at gauging carriers’ perceptions and attitudes toward the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration’s new regulatory program.

The survey follows ATRI’s successful survey initiative at this year’s Mid-America Trucking Show, which assessed the CSA program’s impacts on nearly 5,000 commercial drivers.

The brief on-line survey asks carriers for information on how operations have changed or been affected since deployment of CSA last December.

The short survey is accessible online at ATRI’s website, www.atri-online.org.
