ATA Council's Baltimore Forum To Review Ways to Boost Security

img src="/sites/default/files/images/articles/printeditiontag_new.gif" width=120 align=right>American Trucking Associations' Safety & Loss Prevention Management Council said its Nov. 12-13 security forum in Baltimore would explore the theme of "Solutions to 21st Century Security Challenges and Threats."

Richard Germer, SLPMC security chairman, said in a prepared statement that "ATA will showcase valuable anti-terrorism techniques for you to share with your drivers to recognize security threats and prevent security breaches by following counterterrorism tactics and simple security measures."

Germer is global security manager for UPS Supply Chain Solutions Inc., Alpharetta, Ga.
