ArvinMeritor Reiterates 2Q Outlook

Truck components maker ArvinMeritor Inc. said Wednesday that its fiscal first quarter earnings and revenues will be flat compared with the first quarter.

Company executives said during a conference in Miami that its guidance is based on continuing operations, and excludes special items, the Associated Press reported.

ArvinMeritor also said that it will not change its full-year plan for capital expenditures, which will be between $90 million and $110 million.
