3PL Leading Edge Acquires C&F Logistics

Third-party logistics company Leading Edge Logistics announced its acquisition of C&F Logistics. Terms were not disclosed.

LEL operates cross-dock facilities in Elizabeth, N.J.; Jacksonville, Fla.; Miami; Los Angeles and now San Juan, Puerto Rico.

C&F provides less-than-truckload and less-than-containerload service.
