Oil Rises After Two Days of Drops

Oil rose after two days of decreases on optimism that European finance ministers will make progress on the region’s debt crisis, Bloomberg reported. 

Crude for November delivery rose $1.32 to $90.65 on the New York Mercantile Exchange early Tuesday, up from the $89.33 closing price Monday, the lowest since Oct. 3.

Prices are down 8.4% this year.
