YRC Names Justin Hall as Chief Customer Officer

YRC Worldwide Inc. announced that Justin Hall is joining the carrier on June 1 in the newly created position of chief customer officer from Logistics Planning Services, where he was president and visionary.

The statement by YRC said Hall is “a dynamic leader who will bring innovative strategies to our sales and marketing teams. With the benefit of Justin’s experience in successfully leading a well-respected and growing 3PL company, we look forward to creating new market opportunities in an industry that is in the midst of significant transformation.”

The statement said Hall will report to CEO James Welch.

Hall said, "It became quickly apparent that my experience in enterprise logistics, passion for technology and entrepeneurial spirit are a great match” for YRC’s carriers.

YRC ranks No. 5 on Transport Topics' Top 100 list of the largest for-hire carriers in the United States and Canada.
