Visible SCM Expands Fulfillment Services With Purchase of IntegraCore
Visible Supply Chain Management, a Utah-based provider of package shipping and fulfillment services, said it has acquired IntegraCore, another provider of fulfillment services, for an undisclosed amount.
IntegraCore has operations in Salt Lake City and Atlanta and Visible has operations in Salt Lake City and Memphis, Tenn.
With the addition of IntegraCore’s assets, Visible will have an annual run rate of $300 million and more than 1 million square feet of warehouse space in the United States dedicated to business-to-consumer fulfillment services, company officials said in a statement on Oct. 12.
“This is a firm that is highly compatible with our own,” Visible CEO Jared Starling said. “One of the many reasons we are so in favor of the arrangement is because VSCM can quickly grow from moving 55 million packages domestically per year to about 80 million.”
Visible’s business consists of four divisions: ProStar, which provides product storage and order fulfillment services; Parcel Partners, a provider of parcel shipping services; ABS Packaging, a consulting firm; and ProStar Logistics, a freight brokerage service.
