TransForce Forms Holding Company
TransForce Inc., a company that supplies drivers for trucking firms, private fleets and logistics service providers, announced the formation of a holding company to oversee three distinct business units.
TransForce Group will be the new parent company for TransForce Group Education and Training Solutions, TransForce Group Recruiting and Employment Solutions, and TransForce Group Compliance and Safety Solutions.
“This is an exciting time for us,” CEO David Broome said in a statement released Feb. 4. “The creation of TransForce Group enables us to deliver our comprehensive solutions in a way that no other company in transportation services is doing today.”
Based in Alexandria, Va., TransForce has made 15 acquisitions over the past decade and has more than 10,000 drivers working with transportation service providers in the United States and Canada.
