Spireon Inc. Hires New CEO

Asset-tracking-provider Spireon Inc. said it has hired Marc Brungger as its new CEO, succeeding founder Brian Boling.

The change will be effective June 10, and the company said Boling will take a role as key advisor on Spireon’s board.

Spireon said Boling will take an active role in the CEO transition and will continue to develop and guide the company vision as a director on the board.

Previously, Brungger was executive vice president of auto physical damage with automotive repair claims technology supplier Mitchell International Inc.

Brungger said his vision is to transition Spireon into a billion-dollar enterprise in the next few years and build off Boling’s legacy.
