Roadrunner Holder to Sell 2 Million Shares

Roadrunner Transportation Systems Inc. said HCI Equity Partners, one of its largest shareholders, is selling at least 2 million shares to the public for $24.75 each.

HCI, based in Washington, will receive the proceeds of the sale. None of the funds will be received by Roadrunner, the company said in a statement.

Roadrunner ranks No. 17 on the Transport Topics Top 100 list of the largest U.S. and Canadian for-hire carriers.

The offering is expected to be completed on Aug. 7.



Robert Baird is managing the offering, Roadrunner’s statement said.
