PS Logistics Finalizes Purchase of D. Mosley Trucking

PS Logistics has completed the purchase of D. Mosley Trucking Inc. and DMT Logistics Services Inc., the Birmingham, Ala.-based company announced Aug. 23. Financial terms were not announced.

DMT has about 60 drivers and a management team headquartered in Lawtey, Fla. PS Logistics said the purchase will strengthen its operations in the Southeast and provide inroads to the 53-foot trailer market.

Since 2007, PS Logistics has acquired 13 trucking and brokerage operations.
