Peterbilt Launches Program to Speed Diagnostics, Service Across Dealer Network

Truck maker Peterbilt Motors Co. is introducing a “quick assessment” program to expedite service and repairs throughout its North American dealership network.

Rapid Check provides customers with diagnostics and a repair estimate within two hours, the company said.

“Rapid Check will maximize customer uptime and make their Peterbilt service experience as efficient as possible,” Peterbilt General Manager Darrin Siver said in the Feb. 25 announcement. “Regardless of truck make or model and regardless if the customer is local or passing through the area, Rapid Check will provide them with an expedited, best-in-class service assessment and estimate to help them get back on the road quickly and cost-effectively.”

The program is available at more than 300 locations.
