Pegasus TransTech Names Adelman CEO

Pegasus TransTech said Oct. 28 that it has named Frank Adelman the company’s new CEO.

Adelman replaces Bob Helms, who is retiring as chairman and CEO to pursue other interests, the company said in a statement. Helms joined Pegasus TransTech in 1999 — a year after the company was formed — as a member of its board of directors.

Pegasus provides electronic revenue cycle, document management and invoicing solutions to the transportation industry.

Adelman joined the firm in 2004 and has led the company’s efforts to increase market share and drive revenue growth for the “shipment-to-cash” solutions. He has more than 30 years of transportation industry experience, including more than 20 in executive leadership roles.

“We sincerely thank Bob for his 14-year commitment to the organization and his integral role in developing Pegasus TransTech into the profitable and consistently growing business we have today,” Adelman said in a statement.
