Palladium Equity Buys Staffing Firm TransForce

Palladium Equity Partners,  a private equity company, said an affiliated fund acquired driver staffing company TransForce Inc.

Terms weren’t disclosed. TransForce, based in  Alexandria, Virginia, provides more than 2,500 drivers daily for brokers, private carriers and fleets. New York-based Palladium manages more than $2 billion in assets, a joint statement said.

 “We believe TransForce has established a differentiated position in the industry through its broad geographic footprint, full-service offering, strong safety track record, regulatory expertise and excellent customer service,” said Luis Zaldivar, a managing director with Palladium.



“With this partnership in place, we believe we are well positioned to tap into strategic opportunities to better serve our customers,” TransForce CEO David Broome said.
