Oshkosh Buys Ontario Concrete Firm

shkosh Truck Corp. said Thursday it had acquired London Machinery Inc., a maker of concrete mixers based in London, Ontario.

No terms were released. London Machinery will operate as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Oshkosh, the company said.

Oshkosh, which makes specialty trucks and vehicles, said Wednesday it planned a $5 million expansion of its manufacturing facilities.
