National Freight Acquires Hunsaker Truck

ruckload carrier National Freight acquired Hunsaker Truck Lease, a Dallas truck rental and logistics company.

Hunsaker has terminals in Dallas, Longview, and Tyler, Texas, and operates about 1,000 pieces of equipment, National Freight said Friday in a statement.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

National Freight is a subsidiary of privately-held NFI Industries, which is ranked No. 36 on the Transport Topics 100 list of U.S. and Canadian for-hire carriers.
