Mullen Buys British Columbia Trucking Company

anadian transportation firm Mullen Transportation Inc. said Friday it signed an agreement to acquire Tenold Transportation Services, based in British Columbia.

Terms of the deal, expected to close this month, were not disclosed.

Tenold is a truckload and less-than-truckload carrier with 125 owner-operator trucks. It runs flatbeds in the United States and Canada and provides logistics and warehousing services, Mullen said in a statement.



Mullen is ranked No. 63 on the Transport Topics 100 list of the largest U.S. and Canadian trucking companies.
