J.J. Keller Names New CEO

Transportation safety and compliance firm J. J. Keller & Associates Inc. announced that Marne Keller-Krikava will succeed her uncle, James Keller, as the company’s president and CEO on Jan. 1.

Keller-Krikava, currently the company’s executive vice president, is the daughter of Chairman Bob Keller and the granddaughter of John Keller, who founded the business in 1953.

Since joining the company full time in 1990, she has worked in marketing, product development and business strategy, the company said in the Dec. 20 announcement.

“I am deeply honored and excited about this opportunity,” Keller-Krikava said in the statement. “We will build upon the company’s solid foundation, leveraging our core competencies while continuing to evolve the business.”



James Keller, who has been president since 2006 and CEO since 2012, will become vice chairman and treasurer at J.J. Keller.

The company also announced that Rustin Keller will become J.J. Keller’s executive vice president and chief operating officer Jan. 1.

Rustin Keller joined J.J. Keller full time in 1999 and has worked within its online services division and led its expanding business service areas.
