J.B. Hunt Opens Sales Offices in Texas and Maine

J.B. Hunt Transport Services Inc., based out of Lowell, Arkansas, has opened two new sales branches in San Antonio and Portland, Maine.

The company has 36 enterprise sales branch offices across the country.  J.B. Hunt offers intermodal, dedicated, refrigerated, truckload, less-than-truckload, flatbed, single source, and final mile services.

“Opening a new enterprise sales branch location is part of our ongoing effort to provide best-in-class supply chain solutions across the country,” Senior Vice President of Transportation Eric McGee said in a statement.

J.B. Hunt ranks No. 3 on the Transport Topics Top 100 list of the largest U.S. and Canadian for-hire carriers.



J.B. Hunt reported $100.1 million in net income in the first quarter, or 88 cents per share, on $1.5 billion in net revenue. The analysis consensus is that J.B. Hunt will report a second quarter net income of $111.8 million, or 98 cents per share, on $1.6 billion in revenue, all higher returns compared to the same period in 2015. The company will announce their earnings July 18.
