H&W Seeks Bankruptcy Reorganization

Midwestern less-than-truckload carrier H&W Motor Express Co. will ask a federal bankruptcy judge in Sioux City, Iowa, to approve a reorganization plan that will help put the company's trucks back on the road.

"We're using other carriers to clean out the freight in our system," he said in a telephone interview from the company's Dubuque headquarters.
