Mack sales are 23% less for the first five months of 2001 as compared to the first five months of 2000. For the same period, Volvo truck sales are 34% less this year as compared to last year. However, while Mack sales are down less than 1% in comparing May 2001 to May 2000, Volvo sales are down 46.8%.
