aper producer Georgia-Pacific Corp. agreed on Sunday to be bought by conglomerate Koch Industries in a $13.2 billion deal, news services reported.

Georgia-Pacific is ranked No. 89 on the Transport Topics 100 listing of North American private fleets, with 219 tractors, 85 straight trucks and 564 trailers.

The acquisition will make Koch, which has interests from oil refining to cattle ranching, the largest U.S. private firm by revenue, with about $80 billion in annual sales, the Wall Street Journal reported Monday.
