Freightliner Begins Production of New Cascadia Model
Freightliner Trucks has begun production on its new Cascadia model, which boasts up to an 8% fuel economy increase compared with a similarly spec’d 2016 Cascadia Evolution.
Production of the 126-inch BBC [bumper to back of cab] day cab and 72-inch raised roof sleeper cab models has begun, Freightliner announced.
The Portland, Oregon-based truck maker debuted the new Cascadia in September 2016.
Freightiner is a unit of Daimler Trucks North America.
