Fidelitone, a third-party logistics provider and supply chain management firm specializing in construction, manufacturing and electronic deliveries, has acquired Total Solutions, based in Chandler, Arizona.
Total Solutions provides order fulfillment services on behalf of manufacturers and direct sellers. Fidelitone hopes the deal will enhance its logistics profile in the health and wellness industry, the Wauconda, Illinois-based company said in a statement.
“With consumer demand escalating shorter transit times, this acquisition expands upon our one-day service area on the West Coast. Total Solutions' fulfillment expertise and associates’ commitment to customer satisfaction made the partnership a great fit,” Fidelitone Chief Operating Officer Josh Johnson said.
Total Solutions offers fulfillment and transportation services and markets itself for expertise in solar panel warehousing and distribution.
Fidelitone, which ranks No. 42 on the Transport Topics Top 50 list of the largest logistics companies in North America, has two Western offices and 35 warehouse locations nationwide.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
