FedEx Trade Networks said that it has opened seven new freight forwarding offices in Asia and Europe.
The Asian offices are located in Xiamen, Tianjin, Dalian and Ningbo, China, with a representative office in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The European offices are in Paris, France, and Amsterdam, Netherlands, FedEx said in a statement Thursday.
The Asia offices provide coverage in Asia-Pacific trade lanes, FedEx said.
The Europe offices, the first FedEx Trade Networks facilities in Europe, will help freight forwarding services between Europe, Asia and North America.
FedEx Trade Networks is a freight forwarding and logistics subsidiary of FedEx Corp., which is ranked No. 2 on the Transport Topics 100 listing of U.S. and Canadian for-hire carriers.
