Existing Home Sales Fall 2.6% in June

Existing homes sales fell in June to the lowest level in a decade, the National Association of Realtors said Thursday.

Sales fell 2.6% to an annual rate of 4.86 million, from 4.99 million in May, NAR said. The median price is down 6.1% from a year ago.
 
Economists had forecast home resales would fall to a 4.94 million rate, Bloomberg reported.
