Dana Inc. appointed Ryan Laskey to lead the company’s commercial vehicle drive and motion systems business.

He will succeed Mark Wallace, who has accepted a CEO position outside the company but will remain with Dana through April 22, according to the Maumee, Ohio-based firm.

Laskey has worked at Dana for 20 years, most recently as vice president of the business unit he now will lead, and was focused on strategy, product planning, engineering and program management for traditional and electrified drivelines.
