Con-Way Executive Wins Top ATA Security Award
urt Shewchuk, director of corporate protective services for Con-Way Transportation Services was named Security Professional of the Year by American Trucking Associations, ATA said.

The award is presented to the security professional who has demonstrated the ability to design, introduce and manage a successful security program that sets the bar for extraordinary performance, ATA said.
“Curt's contributions to both CNF and the industry more than qualify him to receive this award. Many of the security programs used in the transportation and logistics industry today can be attributed to his innovative thinking and approach to security,” said David McClimon, Con-Way’s president.
Con-Way is a unit of CNF Inc., which is ranked No. 4 on the Transport Topics 100 listing of U.S. and Canadian for-hire carriers.
