QualaWash Holdings said it has acquired Stallion Tank LLC, Salt Lake City, and Sparkle Klean LLC, Charleston, W.Va. Terms were not disclosed.
QualaWash, Tampa, Fla., provides commercial cleaning services to the portable bulk container industry.
“The purchase of both locations is a strong strategic move for us at this time as we continue to expand our footprint,” said Mike Bauer, CEO of QualaWash.
