Minnesota Gov. Tim Pawlenty (R) signed a bill that will require diesel sold in the state to contain 20% biodiesel content by 2015, the Associated Press reported.
The state currently requires 2% biodiesel.
The new legislation includes a provision lowering the 20% requirement during the coldest months of the year.
