Arvin Meritor Units File Lawsuit Against Eaton

The suit was filed in a U.S. District Court in Delaware by ZF Meritor and Meritor Transmission Corp.
wo units of heavy-duty component manufacturer Arvin Meritor filed late Thursday an antitrust lawsuit against Eaton Corp. over truck transmissions.
The lawsuit alleges that Eaton, which manufactures drivetrain systems and components, engaged in “anti-competitive conduct” and limited innovation.
Gary Klasen, an Eaton spokesman, said the manufacturer “has competed in a fair and vigorous manner in heavy-duty truck transmissions.”
