Driver Douglas Horn was fired for failing a drug test after using what he argued was a mislabeled CBD oil product to treat an injury. Horn in his case cited the federal Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act to accuse the Medical Marijuana Inc. of deceptive business practices.
