Old Dominion Freight Line Posts Record First-Quarter Revenue of $925 Million

Old Dominion Freight Line Inc. reported total revenue for the first quarter increased by more than 22% to $925 million, the first time quarterly revenue exceeded $900 million in the company’s history. In 2017, first-quarter revenue was $754 million. Old Dominion said this is the fourth consecutive quarter of double-digit revenue growth.

TravelCenters of America reported that Delaware’s Chancery Court awarded attorney’s fees and costs that the company incurred in its litigation with Comdata Inc., the Brentwood, Tenn.-based payments firm and division of Fleetcor. TravelCenters reported that Comdata on April 13 reimbursed about $10.7 million in costs and interest.
