DriverReach announced it has promoted director of sales and services Wendy Bartz to vice president of customer experience.
The new role will combine customer-facing divisions under one. Bartz will lead the consolidated division, which includes customer success, support onboarding and services.
“Wendy’s 20-plus years of experience has been incredibly valuable to DriverReach these last two and a half years,” said CEO Jeremy Reymer.
Bartz joined DriverReach in 2019 as director of services. At that time, DriverReach was consulting with 18 carrier customers; today, the company consults more than 60 customers.
