Continental CFO to Step Down for Mercedes Role
Planning Continues for Automotive Spinoff
Continental AG Chief Financial Officer Olaf Schick will step down from his post next year to join carmaker Mercedes-Benz Group AG.
The German parts maker will decide on his successor in due course, it said Dec. 11.
Schick, 52, will continue preparing the planned spinoff of the manufacturer’s automotive unit until his departure on Sept. 30.
