BlackBern Partners Buys Cadec Global

Cadec Global Inc., a provider of in-cab computer services, has been acquired by investment firm BlackBern Partners, New York, the buyer announced last week.

Cadec, Manchester, N.H., previously was owned by Bru Venture Capital, whose parent company is based in Iceland. Terms of the transaction completed on Aug. 11 weren’t disclosed.

BlackBern’s statement said that one of the company’s principals, Jon Bernstein, has taken over as CEO and chairman at Cadec.
