Receiving Transport Topics as a Benefit of Membership in ATA and related Councils
What is this membership benefit?

Members of American Trucking Associations, the Technology & Maintenance Council, the Safety & Loss Prevention Management Council, and the National Accounting and Finance Council may receive Transport Topics as a benefit of membership. Contact atamembership@trucking.org for details Back to the Top
Do I need to contact Transport Topics to receive my membership subscription?

No. The ATA or Council membership department will notify Transport Topics to start your subscription, once your dues payment is processed.Back to the Top
I've paid my membership dues. When will my membership subscription start?

Your membership subscription starts 2 - 3 weeks after your dues payment is processed. Contact Transport Topics customer service if you are not receiving your membership subscription. Back to the Top
I am receiving multiple copies of Transport Topics. Why is that?

You will receive a copy of Transport Topics for each membership you have with ATA, TMC, NAFC and SLPMC. You may also receive a copy if you have subscribed directly to the publication. Back to the Top
I don't want to receive multiple copies. What are my options?

Contact Transport Topics customer service to stop unwanted duplicate copies. Back to the Top
If I choose not to receive Transport Topics, will my membership dues be reduced?

Your dues remain the same whether or not you choose to receive your membership subscription. For more information contact the ATA membership department at atamembership@trucking.org. Back to the Top
Since I am getting a membership subscription, can I get a refund for the subscription which I paid for directly?

Yes, if you cancel the subscription you ordered directly through Transport Topics you may request a refund for the un-mailed copies remaining on the subscription. Send your request to Transport Topics customer service. Back to the Top
