Wal-Mart Truck Driver Pleads Not Guilty in Turnpike Tragedy

A Wal-Mart truck driver pleaded not guilty on Wednesday to charges of death by auto and assault in the New Jersey Turnpike crash that killed one man and injured three others, including comedian and actor Tracy Morgan.

Kevin Roper, 35, was arraigned in Middlesex County, then released on $50,000 bail.
