Watch Siphiwe Baleka demonstrate for TT's Neil Abt what he calls the Knee-Crusher — "the one exercise a driver can do for the rest of his driving career to lose weight or maintain his weight."

Baleka, a world-class athlete who became a truck driver and then a driver trainer for Prime Inc., also shows drivers his four-minute workout in this LiveOnWeb Extra produced after our May 18 "Driver Health and Wellness From A to Zzzzz" program.

Baleka is the founder of Fitness Trucking. He says drivers who complete his 13-week program have an average weight loss of 18 to 19 pounds.
