Trimac Acquires Canadian Cement Hauler

anadian transportation firm Trimac Income Fund on Tuesday acquired cement hauler Jeffbrett Group.

Jeffbrett operates about 50 tractors and 65 trailers and generated about C$10 million in revenue in its latest fiscal year, Trimac said in a statement.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Trimac Income Fund is ranked No. 43 on the Transport Topics 100 list of the largest for-hire carriers in the United States and Canada.
