Stoughton Parent Acquires Barrett Trailers
Terms of the purchase of the Purcell, Oklahoma-based company were not disclosed in the statement by Wisconsin-based Stoughton on July 2.
“We are very pleased to add Barrett to our portfolio,” Stoughton President Robert Wahlin said. “We plan on increasing production in the marketplace.”
Barrett makes ground-load and semi livestock trailers as well as gooseneck stock trailers.
