S&P Moves Yellow Roadway to MidCap from SmallCap Index

ellow Roadway Corp. moved to Standard & Poor’s MidCap 400 index from the S&P SmallCap 400, the financial ratings service said.

The less-than-truckload carrier was among several companies that S&P moved within its market indices. It will be part of S&P’s MidCap 400 trucking sub-industry index.

The changes become effective after Friday's trading session, S&P said.

Yellow Roadway is ranked No. 3 on the Transport Topics 100 listing of U.S. and Canadian for-hire carriers.
