Pegasus TransTech Releases New Mobile App

Pegasus TransTech has released a new smart phone application that drivers can use to accept loads, receive and send messages to their fleets and scan documents.

Transflo Mobile+ gives carriers the ability to send load tendering information to drivers, even when they are outside of the cab, the company said.

The app interfaces with a fleet’s transportation management software to show the driver available loads and enable the driver to accept or decline a load and confirm pickup and delivery on their smart phone.

Mobile+ includes a two-way messaging feature that drivers can use with their fleets to quickly send and receive information.

“With the exchange of real-time information, Transflo Mobile + will help bridge the gap between the field and the office to shorten core business processes and boost efficiency,” CEO Frank Adelman said in the July 1 announcement.

Like the company’s original Transflo Mobile app, Mobile+ includes the capability to scan and send documents. It automatically detects and crops borders and enhances and compresses images to improve the quality of document submissions.

Fleets can customize the new app by adding their logos and preferences, and choosing which functions they want their drivers to use.

Transflo Mobile+ is part of Pegasus TransTech’s broader line of document management and workflow software.

The company said more than 150,000 drivers and carriers use its mobile offerings to scan and send documents electronically.
