Pattullo Joins Ceva as CEO

Ceva Logistics, which last Thursday completed its acquisition of Houston-based EGL Inc., said John Pattullo has joined the company as its new chief executive officer.

Pattullo replaces Dave Kulik, who will now serve as vice chairman of the board of directors of Ceva Group Plc, the company said in a statement.

The combined companies will operate under the Ceva name.

Ceva, the former TNT Logistics, is owned by private equity fund Apollo Management. EGL Inc. formerly did business under the name Eagle Global Logistics.
