Mack Opens Customer Center After $3 Million Remodeling

Mack Trucks announced it has opened its remodeled Mack Customer Center in Allentown, Pa., a facility that is intended to provide a more engaging customer experience, the company said.

The renovation cost $3 million, Mack reported, and houses a product showroom, the 360-degree Bulldog Theater, office and meeting space, and the Mack Shop store. A track is located around the facility for customers to test drive Mack models.

As part of the renovation, Mack also supported the transformation of the Mack Trucks Historical Museum, a separate, not-for-profit corporation known for its collection of Mack trucks and company history.

“Mack has been around a long time, but we’ve never lost our passion or focus on the customer,” Jonathan Randall, senior vice president of sales for North America, said in a statement. “The Mack Customer Center spotlights our commitment to developing products and services driving the success of our customers’ businesses.”

Mack, based in Greensboro, N.C., is a unit of Volvo Group.
