Mack Announces Partnership With Petty’s Garage
Mack Trucks announced a new partnership with Petty’s Garage, making Mack the official transportation sponsor for the garage, which was founded by racing legend Richard Petty.
Petty’s Garage, based in Level Cross, N.C., received a 2018 Mack Pinnacle Axle Back model equipped with an MP8-445C engine to transport cars to public events through its Performance Tour, which brings Petty’s Garage to fans and auto enthusiasts across the United States, the truck maker announced at an event in early December.

“Richard Petty is a NASCAR legend, so it is fitting that Mack, a legendary truck brand, would partner with the Garage,” said John Walsh, Mack vice president of marketing and global brand.
Mack Trucks already is the official hauler of NASCAR, and partnering with Petty’s Garage will allow Mack to “amplify the experience we’re providing to customers 40 weeks of the year at NASCAR events,” Walsh said.
