Logistics software firms Accellos and HighJump Software have merged under the name HighJump, the companies said. Terms were not disclosed.

Accellos founder and CEO Michael Cornell has been appointed CEO of HighJump, and the companies said the Accellos name will still be used for midmarket supply chain products.

“This combination brings extremely complementary technology to both Accellos and HighJump customers.  Our collective supply chain execution product portfolio is one of the broadest and most adaptable in the industry,” Cornell said in a statement.

The combined firms have 11,000 customers in 23 countries with operations in North America, Asia and Europe, according to the companies.

The companies say they are committed to all current Accellos and HighJump products.
