Great Dane announced a partnership with Decisiv, which develops service relationship management cloud-based technology, to improve how the trailer maker’s nationwide service, repair and maintenance network communicates and collaborates.
At the same time, Great Dane developed ServiceTrak to provide customers with access to data and records via any smart device, as well as to monitor the status of their asset throughout the entire repair process at all Great Dane facilities, according to the Chicago-based company.
“Offering a systematic and streamlined solution to our service network will enable a better service experience from estimate to invoice, leading to increased uptime for our customers and enhanced sales effectiveness across the entire Great Dane network,” Dave Durand, vice president of aftermarket, said in a company release.
Great Dane has manufacturing plants throughout the United States, plus corporate-owned branches, full-line independent dealers and parts-only independent dealers.
Decisiv is the partner of choice for major commercial vehicle manufacturers, including, respectively, the North American brands of Volvo Group, Paccar Inc. and Hino Trucks, a Toyota Group company.
