img src="/sites/default/files/images/articles/printeditiontag_new.gif" width=120 align=right>The Delaware River Joint Toll Bridge Commission announced Oct. 9 that the planned toll hikes on the seven bridges under its jurisdiction will go into effect Nov. 30.
The commission, which released the toll hike plan last December, also said it was considering a compromise on rate amounts.
However, some trucking groups were leery the hikes — which jump to as much as $20 from $4 for some trucks — would be reduced.
