Crowley Opts for 3Gtms for Defense Contract
Crowley Logistics will use the transportation management software from 3Gtms for its Defense Freight Transportation Service contract with the U.S. Department of Defense.
Crowley will use the software as it manages freight transportation, including less-than-truckload, truckload, refrigerated and expedited services, at vendor facilities and military installations in North America, 3Gtms announced.
Software from Shelton, Conn.-based 3Gtms is designed for midsize to large 3PLS, shippers, brokers, forwarders and other non-asset-based transportation companies.
